Who Do You Trust ? (Part 1)
This little tale illustrates how, sometimes, when we most need wise advice on how to move forward, we just aren't able to seek it from the right sources and gives some tips on how to change that.

I was watching/listening to the Art of Brilliance podcast the other week, where Dr. Andy Cope had a lovely chat with my good friend and fellow Art of Brill trainer, Paul Field. If you have 11 minutes and 35 seconds spare, have a listen (link at the end of this post). If you don't have the time available I'd encourage you to find it anyway, as it is one of the most inspirational podcasts I've listened to in a long time. The podcast covers a lot of stuff, but the bit that inspired me to write this post was a belief that he, I and the rest of the Art of Brill gang share:
Each of us already have the resources and the answers we need to have a great life and our job is about helping people realise that.
He probably didn't use those exact words, but that was the gist of it. While listening it reminded me of a time when I didn't believe that and I spent most of my time looking outside of myself for answers that were sitting there, inside of me, patiently waiting to be found.
